How To Rent

• Email rentals@aframenyc.com with a gear list, job name, and camera prep + pickup + return times
• We’ll respond as soon as we can with a quote
• Our rates are based on Sat+Sun as 1-day, 3-day weeks, and 10-day months

• Fill out the New Account App with industry references and CC Auth with pictures of your CC and ID, front + back
• Issue a COI with A-Frame as the certificate holder, named as “additionally insured” and “loss payee”
• Hit the button on the quote to confirm + sign the rental agreement

• Show up to 672 Bergen St and we’ll help you load out! Or if it’s a truck package, we’ll have already loaded it.
• (Off-Hours shop access and curbside delivery/pickup available upon appointment)
• Credit cards are charged upon equipment pickup, otherwise please notify your rental agent if you prefer to pay by ACH/bank/wire transfer
